Our team is composed of experienced professionals who are passionate about helping businesses succeed. Shaina Zalma Ostroff, our President, has over eighteen years of experience in consumer and trade media relations for natural food and healthy-lifestyle consumer product brands. Shaina has secured placements in various media outlets, including the Today Show, Good Morning America, NY Times, WSJ, Inc. magazine, Good Housekeeping, and more.

Heather Wakely, our Senior Account Executive, has a background in marketing and advertising and has been a part of our team for over seven years. With a passion for food and healthy lifestyle brands, Heather handles media relations and writing, as well as research and reporting.

Amy Alfaro, a social media marketing expert from The Alfa Agency, supports our clients with social media marketing. With nearly a decade of experience managing social media for brands of all sizes, Amy brings expertise in social media marketing to our team.
