We offer a wide range of classes for all ages and skill levels, from children's classes (ages 4-6 and 7-9) that are fun, safe, and age-appropriate, to kids' & teens' classes (ages 10-12 and 13-15) that help young men and women grow into healthy, strong, and confident individuals. Our men's classes teach the legendary Gracie Barra jiu-jitsu system that has produced countless BJJ and MMA champions.

Our experienced coaches are experts in the BJJ sport and have excelled in their individual lives. They are passionate about bringing their success to you through classes such as self-defense, bully prevention, sports participation, and other integral jiu-jitsu classes. We are dedicated to teaching power, focus, balance, integrity, respect, and confidence to all of our students, regardless of age or experience.
