Mysore-Style Ashtanga Yoga Classes
Our Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga classes are taught by Hannah Marciniak, a dedicated and experienced teacher with extensive training in the rich traditions of yoga. Hannah brings a deep understanding of the philosophy and techniques of Ashtanga yoga, as well as a compassionate and loving approach to teaching.
In these classes, students are guided through a sequence of postures, carefully designed to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Each student is given individualized instruction and adjustments to ensure a safe and effective practice. Our classes are capped at 5 students, allowing for a truly personalized experience.
Private Sessions
For those seeking additional attention and guidance, we offer private and semi-private sessions with our experienced teacher, Hannah Marciniak. These sessions can be tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each student, providing a deepening of understanding and insight into the practice.
Special Workshops and Series
We periodically offer special workshops and series, designed to provide a deeper dive into the practice of Ashtanga yoga. These sessions are designed to help students explore the fundamentals of Ashtanga, including the physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.
Our workshops are small and intimate, allowing for a truly personalized experience. Our teacher, Hannah Marciniak, is joined by other experienced teachers and practitioners in these workshops, ensuring a rich and insightful experience.
Class Schedule
We offer a range of classes and services, including:
- Sunday Mysore classes from 7-10am
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Mysore classes from 8-9:30am
- Private and semi-private sessions
- Special workshops and series
The Space
Our classes are held in a peaceful and serene private studio, designed to provide a conducive environment for deepening one's practice. Our studio is located on the west side of Bend, near downtown.
Meet Our Teacher
Hannah Marciniak is our lead teacher and founder of Mountain Light Ashtanga Yoga. Hannah brings a deep understanding of the philosophy and techniques of Ashtanga yoga, as well as a compassionate and loving approach to teaching. With extensive training and experience in yoga therapy, Hannah is dedicated to guiding students on their journey towards spiritual growth, inner peace, and physical well-being.
