Hatha Yoga
Immerse yourself in a 60-minute Hatha Yoga class, designed for practitioners of all levels. With a maximum of 10 students, our small class setting ensures personalized attention. Focusing on intentional breathwork, controlled movements, and mindful attention, experience the benefits of this slower-paced practice as you enhance your mind-body connection.
Yin Yoga
Indulge in a 60-minute Yin Yoga class, open to all experience levels. This meditative practice involves passive, longer-held poses that work deeper into the body. Targeting the connective tissues, this class invites you to breathe through challenges, sit with your thoughts, and ultimately let go.
Rope Wall Yoga
Elevate your practice with Rope Wall Yoga class, suitable for all experience levels. Embrace the support of this yoga prop, which provides resistance and stability. With a small class size capped at 8 students, the Rope Wall can aid in making poses more accessible or provide additional challenge for going deeper into the practice.
Partner Yoga
Find levity and support while working with a partner in our Partner Yoga class, suitable for all experience levels. Navigate balance and postures with your partner as you explore poses and sequences together. This practice provides an opportunity to deepen self-inquiry by traversing proprioception-how the body relates to movement and the environment-from a different perspective.
Breathwork (Pranayama)
Breathwork is a scientifically-backed modality with profound physiological effects that anyone can practice. By lowering stress levels, improving coordination and athletic performance, and reducing blood pressure, breathwork serves as a powerful tool for enhancing physical and mental health. Private Yoga Session
Take the first step towards a healthier, more balanced you, with our 60-minute Private Yoga sessions. Designed to meet you at your fitness and health level, these in-person sessions offer a one-on-one experience and may help you embark on your yoga journey with confidence and personalized guidance. Private sessions are especially great for beginners, those with limited mobility, and people seeking a specific focus.
Reiki Offerings
At Vitality Yoga, we also offer Reiki sessions, which can stimulate the body's natural healing abilities, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Our Reiki Master Practitioner offers treatment sessions designed to promote overall health and well-being.
