Our journey started with Carlos Lamas, a young man from Peru who followed his dreams to California. He poured his heart and soul into building what began as a modest burger stand, transforming it into the vibrant Mexican restaurant it is today. Guided by a love for good food and genuine hospitality, Carlos crafted a menu that reflects his family's rich culinary heritage, using only the freshest ingredients and time-honored recipes.
