Professional Property Management has been successfully managing condominiums for over 22 years, with a focus on personal service, financial reporting, and responding to resident needs in a timely manner. Our services include property management, financial reporting, and responding to resident needs promptly. We use Buildium Property Management software, which provides our residents and trustees an online portal to easily pay monthly fees, review financials, and make maintenance requests 24 hours a day.

Our leadership background includes Mark Biller, a former veteran of the Massachusetts Air National Guard and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Boston with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. He first entered into property management at the age of 24 by buying and managing 69 class C & D apartments in Lawrence, MA. Later he bought and managed apartments in central Massachusetts before founding Professional Property Management in 2002, focusing on condominium management. He is now a resident of Warwick, RI and expanding the business in northern and central Rhode Island.

Our Services

Our online portal through Buildium Property Management makes it easy to pay and collect fees, streamline communication, provide on-demand reports, and submit and track maintenance requests. We manage subcontractors such as landscapers, snow removal companies, irrigation experts, and other trade needs. We also provide timely financial reports to Trustees and homeowners, giving complete transparency of an association's financial standing and we provide the records for tax return filing.

Our Properties

We manage condominium, homeowner associations, and high-end senior apartments in Central Massachusetts, totaling over 221 units. Some of our properties include Quinapoxet Village, Gardens of Westminster Place, Cottages at Stonebrook Condominiums, Geneva Mills, Winter Hill Homeowner Association, Poets Corner at Westminster Place, Villages at Westminster Place, Cottages at the Villages of Westminster Place, and Apple Orchard Estates.
