Empowering Greater Hanover to Find Their Inner Strength

Hanover Yoga is a unique studio offering a range of classes with individualized attention. Our small studio atmosphere combines the best of alignment-based yoga and flow classes. Our teachers come from a wide range of traditions, teaching and sharing yoga from the heart and making yoga accessible for all bodies. Come practice with us!

About Our Teachers

Our teachers are dedicated, passionate, and highly skilled. They come from a variety of yoga traditions and backgrounds, allowing them to offer a diverse range of classes and techniques. Each teacher is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all students, regardless of their age, ability, or experience level. They are dedicated to helping each student achieve their full potential and enjoy the many benefits that yoga has to offer.

Class Schedule and Fees

We offer a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. Our aim is to make yoga accessible for all bodies and to share its many wonderful benefits in a safe, relaxed atmosphere. We are continually adding new classes and teachers, so check back often!

Our current class schedule includes:

  • Monday: Moderate Yoga with Theresa, 5:30-7PM
  • Tuesday: Yoga For a Healthy Back with Carolyn, 8:30-10AM via Zoom

Fees for classes vary depending on the teacher and the class. For Theresa's classes, we offer a 1 Class Pass for $20, a 5 Class Pass for $85 ($17/class), and a 10 Class Pass for $150 ($15/class). For Carolyn's classes, fees are listed in the class description. Payment is accepted by check, cash, or Venmo. No credit cards. Checks are made out to each individual teacher, NOT to Hanover Yoga.

Workshops

In addition to our regular class schedule, we also offer workshops designed to provide deeper relaxation and rejuvenation. These workshops often combine guided meditation, breath work, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, and energy work to create a cozy and nurturing environment. They are suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi.

Our upcoming workshop is the Kambal Yoga Workshop with Jasmine Sachau. This workshop promises deep relaxation and uses weighted blankets to reduce anxiety, improve mood, and aid in relaxation. Limited to 4 people per experience, this workshop is a great opportunity to unwind and restore your energy.

Resources

We are dedicated to providing our students with the resources they need to enhance their yoga practice and overall well-being. We offer a variety of resources, including tips for beginners, recommended reading, and links to other yoga-related websites and services.
