Warrior One Winter Garden - Windermere is a yoga studio that offers in-studio, outdoor, and online classes. We believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of their experience or physical abilities. Our mantra is "you do not need to stand on your head to be part of our studio." All you need is an open mind.

Our Classes

All of our classes follow the Baptiste method that's summarized by its five pillars: breath, heat, flow, gaze, and core stabilization. Our classes include Hot Yoga, Cool Flow, Yin, Sculpt, and HIIT, among others. Our teachers are certified and trained to scale up or scale down your practice, making our classes accessible to students of all levels.

Hot Yoga

Our signature class is Hot Power Yoga, a total body workout in a heated room to 90 degrees. This class includes vigorous standing poses, sun salutations, backbends, balancing, twists, and hip openers. Each class has a theme or focus to keep your practice evolving. Modifications are always offered, so this class is suitable for most students, from beginners to advanced.

Hot Power Core

Hot Power Core is a class that offers all the benefits of Power Yoga with a greater focus on your deep core. This class helps you plug in, connect, and live from your strongest, clearest center. Core exercises are threaded throughout the class, making it an excellent option for those looking to strengthen their core and improve their overall fitness.

Hot Hiit Yoga

Hot Hiit Yoga is a class that features Cardio, Strength, and Conditioning Intervals. This class provides a powerful, intense workout while maintaining the ease and clarity of yoga. This class is suitable for all levels, as modifications are always offered (in a heated room to 90 degrees).

Cool Flow

Cool Flow is a full-body, mind, and soul workout focused on breathwork and other techniques that help recover and strengthen. This class is excellent for energizing, preventing injuries, improving posture, range of motion, and balance. All levels are welcomed in a non-heated room.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, deep stretch class that is mostly seated. This class is an excellent option for those looking to release tension, increase flexibility, and calm the mind. Modifications are always offered, making this class suitable for students of all levels.

Private Sessions

We also offer private sessions for those looking for a more personalized experience. Our private sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner.

Community
