Maine Coast Surveying & Flood Consultants is a reputable provider of land surveying, GPS mapping, and floodplain services. Based in Portland, Maine, our team consists of three licensed Professional Land Surveyors, support staff, and an Education Coordinator. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our clients, and we strive to exceed their expectations.

Our Services

If you are interested in purchasing, selling, subdividing, evaluating, or improving your real estate, you may need our land surveying services. Our team has extensive experience in conducting boundary surveys and can provide you with accurate information about your property's boundaries. We can also help you obtain a floodplain survey or an elevation certificate, which may be required by your mortgage lender or insurance company.

In addition to our land surveying services, we offer mortgage loan inspection services. These services can help you confirm setback compliance, flood zone determination, and provide any missing deed, plan, and municipal references. We can also assist with resolution of discrepancies and deliver MLI Plans directly to your loan processors.

At Maine Coast Surveying & Flood Consultants, we understand the importance of accurate underground utility location. That's why we offer underground utility location services through our division, AAB (Above And Below) Utility Locating. Upon completion of research and field identification, we can field locate and map the accurate location and elevation of the utility.

Our team of licensed Professional Land Surveyors (#2124, #2370, #2446) has extensive experience in the industry. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of service and taking the time to understand their unique needs. Our support staff and Education Coordinator work together to ensure that our clients receive accurate and timely information.
