Questions
What makes creative grooming different from regular grooming?

How often should my dog be groomed?
Most dogs need grooming every 4-8 weeks depending on coat type, with specific recommendations for short, medium, or long coats.
Are the coloring products safe for pets?
We use 100% pet-safe, vegetable-based dyes approved by NAPCG with no harsh chemicals or toxic ingredients.
What happens if my pet has matted fur?
We gently remove mats slowly to prevent discomfort, using specialized techniques rather than attempting DIY solutions that could harm your pet.
Do you handle double-coated breeds differently?
Yes, we avoid shaving double coats and instead use proper brushing techniques to maintain natural temperature regulation and prevent health risks.
How long does a typical grooming appointment take?
Most sessions last 1-3 hours, with one-on-one attention ensuring quality care while minimizing your pet's stress.
