What are your cancellation policies for boarding?
A 7-day notice is required for boarding cancellations to receive a refund. Less than 7 days notice results in non-refundable deposits unless canceled by the facility.
Do you offer after-hours pet drop-off/pickup?
After-hours drop-off/pickup incurs a $25-$50 surcharge. Boarding pickups after 1 PM are charged for an additional day.
What vaccinations are required for services?
Rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines are required. Proof can be emailed, faxed, or texted to 207-282-9636. Exemption letters are not accepted for daycare.
Are there breed or behavior restrictions?
Aggressive dogs or those with severe flea infestations may be refused service. Unaltered dogs over 1 year incur daily cleanup fees.
