The Sommer Group is a specialty private practice based in Central Ohio that provides compassionate and evidence-based counseling and consulting services for adults, children, and adolescents. Our Approach

Our therapeutic approach is client-centered and draws on various techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and interpersonal therapy. Heidi Sommer McAlister, MSEd., LPCC, is a seasoned clinical counselor and consultant with extensive experience in various settings.
