Our Team

Our clinical team is led by Tracie Keller, LPCC-S, who serves as our Owner and Clinical Director. Our team also includes Associate Directors, Melissa Watson, LPCC-S, and Lisa Longo, PhD, LPCC-S, as well as a team of licensed therapists and interns.

Disappointing Experiences
Several reviewers have had negative experiences with this company. One reviewer, a healthcare worker, was dropped as a client due to an emergency cancellation and was informed that they would be charged an $80 fee. This incident led to the reviewer being terminated as a client, as they felt that the company's rigid policies did not accommodate their unpredictable schedule.
Another reviewer was taken advantage of financially, with a surprise bill of over $100 per session for eight sessions. This reviewer was also met with a lack of empathy and understanding from the company's billing department.
