Our team of experienced therapists, led by Nina Coy, LISW-S, and Natalie Spiert, LMSW, is dedicated to empowering our clients to find their individual path to healing, personal growth, and self-fulfillment.
Our Approach
We take a multifaceted approach to provide individualized support and empowerment to inspire personal growth and healing. We draw from a variety of evidence-based and practice-based theories and interventions to inform our therapeutic practices. Our therapists are certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapeutic intervention and have extensive experience working with trauma survivors, children, and young adults.

- Transition Coaching: Relocate to a new place, transition your life after the ending of a relationship, divorce, going to college or graduating from university, becoming a parent or caregiver.
- Victims and Survivors of Sexual Abuse: Receive support and therapy services for survivors of sexual assault, rape, childhood sexual abuse, incest, sexual harassment, intimate partner violence, and domestic violence.
- First Responder Professionals: Receive support and therapy services for police, mental health professionals, doctors, nurses, and community advocacy professionals dealing with secondary trauma/vicarious trauma.
- Traumatic Illness and Chronic Medical Conditions: Receive support and therapy services for individuals managing chronic medical conditions such as cancer and its aftermath.
