Our Story

JHE Custom Homes is a third-generation custom home building and remodeling business that has been serving cities from Atlanta to Dahlonega since 1993. The company is led by Troy Ewing, a native Atlantan who learned the old-fashioned way of building quality custom homes from his grandfather and father, both of whom were residential builders since the late 50's. After graduating from the University of West Georgia in 1990 and working for two years for Delta Airlines, Troy decided to become a full-time custom home builder. With a BBA in Management, a member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder's Association from 1993-2008 and a Certified Professional Homebuilder, Troy has a strict adherence to quality and the advantages of new technology and earth-friendly methods available today.
