About Me

I am Sheila I. Kapur, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Columbus, Ohio. With over 15 years of experience in diverse mental health settings, I help individuals, couples, and families develop integrity and improve their quality of life. I utilize a strengths-based approach, empowering clients to overcome emotional and mental challenges.

My journey to social work was fueled by my passion for helping others and my deep understanding of both mental health and the legal system. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University and have also completed extensive training in areas such as trauma, mediation, and wellness. I am a certified EMDR therapist and a certified wellness counselor.
