Our Services
Our services are designed to address a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship impasses, anger management, trauma, job-related stress, burnout, bereavement, conflicts about sexuality, and establishing healthy boundaries. We utilize a holistic approach, incorporating Jungian and existential psychotherapy, evocative dreamwork, meditation, psychosynthesis, guided imagery, and other spiritual principles and lifestyle changes to aid you in meeting your current challenges.
Our Approach
Our approach to therapy is centered around determining pathways for change. We apply the principles of developmental psychology to clarify maturational tasks and support your commitment to your goals and intentions. We believe that therapy is a process that promotes healing and wholeness, actualization of our innate talents and potentials, enhances the enjoyment of work and relationships, and unleashes creativity.
Publications
Our publications include "Dreamwork in Holistic Psychotherapy of Depression: An Underground Stream that Guides and Heals" (Routledge, 2017), "Dreamwork and Self-Healing" (Routledge, 2009), and "In the Company of Sages" (Inner Traditions, 2015). These books explore the role of dreamwork in relieving depression, promoting self-healing, and fostering spiritual growth.

Patients' Experiences with Dr. Bogart
Positive Feedback
Gordon R. has given Dr. Bogart a 5-star rating, praising his professionalism and effectiveness in helping him cope with anxiety and depression. The author notes that Dr. Bogart is well-trained in Jungian analysis and dream work, and that his use of tools such as journalling and mindfulness meditation was beneficial. Gordon also appreciates Dr. Bogart's ability to maintain firm professional boundaries, which he believes is essential for a successful therapeutic relationship. Additionally, Gordon has recommended Dr. Bogart to several friends and acquaintances.
Negative Feedback
In contrast, Catherine S. has had a disastrous experience with Dr. Bogart, giving him a 1-star rating. Upon being recommended to him as a holistic therapist, Catherine was initially hesitant due to his revealed affiliation with astrology. However, she was willing to overlook this and continued to work with him. Unfortunately, Dr. Bogart's request for payment in cash, on the spot, during a session after learning that they had lost health insurance, left her feeling taken advantage of and shaken. Catherine is convinced that Dr. Bogart is motivated solely by financial gain and lacks compassion, making it impossible for him to be an effective therapist.
