Our Story

At 1000 NORTH, we're driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. Our story began with a vision to create a unique dining destination that would showcase the best of modern American cuisine in a stunning waterfront setting. Our founders, including Ira Fenton and Tucker Frederickson, drew inspiration from their experiences in developing renowned golf and residential communities, and set out to bring a level of sophistication and elegance to the Palm Beach County dining scene.

Led by Ira Fenton, Managing Partner, and Tucker Frederickson, Managing Partner, our team includes Ernie Els, Michael Jordan, Bill Terlato, Morton Bouchard, Vincent Cerone, Russell and Lauren Fuchs, Raj Mantena, Stephen Mendell, Marvin Shanken, Rick Stoddard, Richard Rifkin, and Charles and Kathryn Theofilos. The Club Lounge

For our esteemed members, we offer exclusive access to The Club Lounge on the second floor of our restaurant. Enjoy a limited, but exquisite menu, concierge services, priority reservations, and private dining room access, as well as docking privileges. Membership to The Club Lounge is by invitation only, and we welcome inquiries from individuals who share our passion for exceptional dining and lifestyle.

The Tavern

Our Tavern is a destination in itself, offering a sleek and stylish bar area perfect for meeting friends, watching a game, or simply enjoying a bite to eat. Our Tavern menu celebrates modern American regional cuisine with seasonal selections that will delight your taste buds.

The Terrace

Escape to our picturesque outdoor patio, where tropical decor and stunning water views create an unforgettable setting for a memorable sunset cocktail gathering or elegant outdoor dining experience.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday, we're open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. On Saturdays, we welcome you from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., and on Sundays, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
