Our Story

At Triangle Music School, we believe that music has the power to transform lives. For 17 years, we have been dedicated to nurturing musicians of all ages, providing a safe and inclusive environment where students can express themselves, overcome their doubts, and collaborate with others.

Our Mission

We are committed to counteracting systemic racism in our community and making music lessons accessible to all. Our goal is to provide the best opportunities possible for our students, teaching them the true diversity of music and helping them grow into talented and confident musicians.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of music lessons and services, including individual lessons, classes, and workshops. Our experienced faculty teaches a variety of instruments, including bass, bassoon, cello, clarinet, flute, guitar, marimba, piano, viola, violin, and voice. We also offer instruction in various styles and subjects, such as classical, composition, country, digital recording, improvisation, jazz, rock, songwriting, theory, and World music.

Individual Lessons

Our individual lessons are tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. We offer lessons in a variety of instruments and styles, and our experienced faculty is dedicated to helping students achieve their musical goals. Our individual lessons are structured around a quarterly calendar, with four quarters throughout the year. Each quarter includes ten individual lessons, one performance class, one recital, and one makeup lesson.

Classes and Workshops

In addition to individual lessons, we offer a variety of classes and workshops designed to provide students with additional opportunities to learn and grow. Our classes and workshops cover a range of topics, from music theory to songwriting, and are taught by our experienced faculty.

Our faculty is comprised of experienced musicians and educators who are passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping students achieve their musical goals. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all students, and our faculty is trained to work with students of all ages and skill levels.
