Our Story
Our journey began with a simple yet profound love for animals. Our owner, Sierra, has been around animals from a very young age, having volunteered and helped her family foster over 100 Labrador Retrievers. This experience instilled in her a deep understanding of the needs and behaviors of dogs, particularly reactive, shy, and high-energy ones. Christine, another key member of our team, has been involved in rescue for over 16 years and has gained invaluable knowledge in dog behaviors, body language, and training. Her compassion for animals and love for the outdoors led her to join Sierra in creating River City Walkers.
Our Services
We offer a range of customized dog walking and pet sitting services tailored to your pet's unique needs and your specific requirements. Our dog walking services include runs for high-energy dogs, fast-paced walks, and leisurely strolls. Our team provides a loving and caring pet sitting service, complete with feeding, administering medication, litter box refreshing, playtime, and affection. We also offer additional services such as watering plants, collecting mail, and taking out the trash (upon request).
