Treatment Philosophy
I believe in taking the time to understand each patient's individual strengths and goals, and I work closely with my patients to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs. I am committed to providing high-quality care while avoiding undue use of medication and instead focusing on evidence-based therapies.
Medication Management
While I believe that some problems can improve with therapy alone and without medication, I also recognize the value of medication as a valuable adjunct to therapy. As part of my treatment approach, I offer medication management services to my patients who are in therapy with me.
Adult Psychotherapy
I frequently see adults struggling with depression, anxiety, sleep difficulties or ADHD; family or relationship stress and separation or divorce; feelings of emptiness or those suffering from grief, trauma, abuse (PTSD), or loss; and those having difficulty coping with medical illness or other challenges.
