Therapeutic Approach and Specialties

Drawing on the principles of IFS therapy, she gently guides individuals to understand and heal their inner parts, fostering self-compassion and acceptance. EMDR therapy, a powerful technique for processing traumatic experiences, is also skillfully incorporated into her practice, helping clients work through past wounds and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
Her practice specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Ms. Kipnis is deeply committed to providing a safe and supportive space for her clients to explore their inner world, unravel limiting beliefs, and cultivate a stronger sense of self.
