  • Allie Maher: A RYT-200 Vinyasa Flow certified instructor with a passion for meditation and a strong power flow.
  • Shelley Dodgen: A E-RYT 500 certified teacher with a focus on Power Vinyasa and Sculpt, and a passion for teaching gentle yoga classes.
  • Alena Snedeker: A yoga instructor and founder of Reach Yoga, with 16 years of experience and a background in Aerial Yoga and Anti-Gravity Yoga.
