Breath Work

Our breath work classes are designed to help you connect with your inner self, increase oxygen flow, and reduce stress. We use conscious breathing techniques to help you access your inner power and Potential.

Sound Bath

Our sound baths are designed to transport you to a place of deep relaxation and inner peace. We use quartz crystal singing bowls, didgeridoo, gongs, drums, and 432 hz music to create a meditative and healing experience.

Online Classes

We also offer online classes, recorded and live-streamed, to make it easy for people from all over the world to join us on our journey of spiritual growth and self-discovery.
