Welcome to our page all about us! As a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, I, Jenny Fowler, have dedicated my career to helping individuals take control of their health and wellness. With years of experience in the field, I've developed a passion for sharing the importance of food in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

As a child, I grew up in a family that emphasized the importance of healthy eating, and even back then, I learned the value of food in maintaining overall well-being. This passion only grew stronger as I pursued my education in Holistic Nutrition at Bauman College in Berkeley, California. In 2013, I earned my certification as a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, which has enabled me to become proficient in creating bespoke meal plans tailored to an individual's unique needs and lifestyle.

In addition to my private practice, I've had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations such as the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Kaiser Permanente, and several corporations, providing corporate wellness services. My expertise lies in identifying which foods work best for an individual's body, taking into account factors such as lifestyle, habits, and preferences. This personalized approach allows me to help individuals make lasting changes to their diet and lifestyle.
