Welcome to MazAmar art pottery, an open production ceramics studio in Pioneertown, CA. We produce functional art pottery inspired by the majestic Mojave Desert fauna and landscape, and offer group pottery classes to the public. Our handmade pieces can be purchased in the studio store, online, or locally around the Joshua Tree National Park area. We also create unique centerpiece ceramics and fine wall art sculptures. Lead sculptor, Thomas Alban, is a renowned expert in faux bois ("like wood") ceramics.
