Meadowside of Woodstock is a seasonal co-op campground consisting of 100 permanent sites, where each site is privately owned by the members of the management organization. The campground offers various amenities, including an event's pavilion, in-ground pool, recreation hall, playground, mini golf, and other common areas. Members are responsible for paying an annual assessment, electricity, personal internet, and local property taxes. Each owner must have a camper or trailer on their lot and maintain it in a fashion agreeable to the other owners and the campground by-laws. The campground is typically open from mid-April to the end of October, depending on various circumstances.
