The club was founded in 1959 and serves as a vibrant venue for 200 member families. Our basin is home port to 160 boats each having its own slip with power and water service. The fleet is nearly equally divided between sail and power. Cruising, fishing and racing are some of the main on-water activities with a busy year-round entertainment and special interest schedule for the members. Situated in a residential area, Saugatuck Harbor Yacht Club has a peaceful ambience.

The club features a snack bar, summer and winter storage options, and various sailing fleets including Atlantic Cruising Class, Flying Scot, Laser, Lightning, RS Aero, Thistle, and V15.
