Tapestry is a non-profit organization providing community-based healthcare services, support services, and education to over 26,000 residents annually in Western Massachusetts. Our services include harm reduction, sexual and reproductive health, WIC: Food Access & Family Nutrition, mobile health clinic, medication abortion, telehealth, gender-affirming hormones, mpox vaccine and testing, post-Roe resources, and more. We believe access to compassionate, accurate, high-quality healthcare should be available to everyone, regardless of income, age, race, gender, sexual orientation, or immigration status.
