Our mission is to help as many people as possible through the healing benefits of hot yoga. We offer a variety of classes led by talented instructors, all at reasonable prices. Our classes are 60-65 minutes and are offered in a heated studio, with the exception of Yin, which is warm. Our classes include Hatha, Inferno Hot Pilates, and more.
