The King-Tisdell Cottage Foundation is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization that operates two museums in Savannah, Georgia. We are dedicated to preserving the history and culture of African-Americans in Savannah, with a focus on art, history, and cultural preservation. Our museums include the Beach Institute African American Cultural Center and the King-Tisdell Cottage, a historic site and artifact gallery. Our programs and exhibits showcase the vibrant African-American entrepreneurial class, as well as the rich history and culture of the Gullah-Geechee people. We also offer genealogy research support and education programs for students.

Welcome to Our Fine Art Gallery. We capture special places such as Lafittes Blacksmith Shop, Old Absinth House, Jackson Square, Napoleon House, St. Louis Cathedral, French Market and the Cafe Du Monde.
