Our Gentle classes are great for beginners, and Peaceful Present classes are slower with an emphasis on alignment. Yin yoga and Qigong classes (Soulful Sunday and Mindful Movement) reduce stress and anxiety, while promoting mindfulness and improving joint mobility.
