McNeece service was spot on! They kept me informed to when the faulty part was to be delivered and when they would be out to replace!
Fantastic service. Pleasant call for service. Reasonable and quick response time, 3 days (over a weekend) for a non-emergency. Tech arrived early and was great!
Very responsive to calling me back and getting me an appointment to look at my unit. Mayburn was my tech, the nicest guy, got the job done quickly and advised me on how to prevent the problem reoccurring.
