The staff that came to our event was very personable. The kids at the event had so much fun with them. For me, I appreciated how low maintenance they were.
Had an amazing experience. I didnt have to worry about anything.
All interactions from original date of ordering, to confirmation call, to set up and take down demonstrated excellent customer service.
