Lessons on Strings is a music school specializing in customized lessons for individuals with unique music tastes and goals. Our services include private and small group instruction on acoustic and electric guitars, bass, ukulele, songwriting, music theory, and various styles and genres for ages 5 and up, from beginner to advanced. Our approach focuses on teaching students their favorite songs and riffs while also providing "ear training" skills for self-instruction. We offer lessons at Lamorinda Music, on Zoom, and on location. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and inspiring environment for our students to learn and grow musically.
