Sunflower Yoga Studio, opened in February 2008, offers a 1,200 sq ft bamboo floor, a welcoming reception area, and an upstairs lounge area. The studio provides mats if needed, and there is a changing room on site. Located on Philadelphia Street in Downtown Indiana, Pa, we're just a short walk from the IUP campus. Our intention is to provide a beautiful and inspiring space where teachers and students of yoga and related practices can come together to enjoy classes that empower them to be their best selves.
