The Association of Black Psychologists is a professional organization dedicated to the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of African/Black individuals. The organization provides various resources, programs, and services to its members, including career development, research, and advocacy. Our mission is to promote African-centered traditions and practices in the field of psychology, and to address the specific needs of the Black community. As an organization, we believe that our culture is rooted in our identity and that our mental health is a vital part of our overall well-being. We strive to create a positive impact on Black mental health by providing support, resources, and a sense of community to our members and the community at large.
