Body by Pilates is a reformer Pilates studio that offers a variety of classes using all parts of the body to build strength. We also offer Yin Yoga to bring balance and flexibility to the body. We strive to provide the best fitness routine for every body. Our instructors have diverse backgrounds in nursing, teaching, and operations management, and are certified in Pilates and yoga.
