WuDang Martial Arts Centers are dedicated to the health and welfare of our communities. We believe that a strong community is made up of strong, confident individuals and healthy families. We are committed to the idea that the true measure of an individual is not just a strong body but an indomitable spirit as well. This is why we provide a healthy environment for the spiritual growth of our students. We practice and teach 'peace-time martial arts', which involves the study of efficient movement, internal principles, and combative techniques to integrate body and mind. Our curriculum includes training in Northern Shaolin, MiZong LuoHan Quan, Jing Wu Men, Bajiquan, Piguazhang, Northern Praying Mantis, Baguazhang, Xing Yi Quan, and Yang Family Taijiquan. Students can expect to learn a variety of techniques, including two-person training, weapons training, Qi development training, taiji pushing hands, and taiji martial applications.
