She mentioned that her son was forced to eat, and there was a lack of communication regarding his daily activities, including what he ate. She also stated that the staff was disorganized, and there was a lack of staff during peak hours, which led to her son being written up for opening a door and not listening, without understanding what that meant. Additionally, she felt that the staff was not accommodating to her son's special needs and ended up with a negative experience. She would not recommend this daycare to anyone.

She felt helpless and upset, and when she reported the incident to the office staff, she was made out to be a problem. She felt that the daycare was not a safe or compassionate environment for children.
