So Cupcake began with a wish. Our daughter Celina, who lives with cerebral palsy, was granted a wish in 2007 to taste the best cupcakes in New York City. This inspiring journey led us to create our own delicious recipes and launch So Cupcake in 2008. Our passion for high-quality ingredients and innovative flavors has driven us ever since.
