Meet the Team
Our team is led by Joey Leuze, who moved to the Palm Beaches in 2008 with a passion for entertaining and a vision to bring modern European flair to the traditional South Florida catering scene. Joey's culinary education started in his mom's French restaurant at Lake Constance and led him through the south of Europe and parts of the United States before settling down in Florida.
Rainer Neumann, a European master chef, brings a long and successful career in catering management and restaurant ownership to our team. Rainer prides himself on events that are planned and executed to an exceptionally high standard, with the freshest ingredients, creative flair, and impeccable service.
