Our journey began when Sharon Rebuck, our event planner and founder, decided to leave her job as a corporate trainer for a large restaurant chain to pursue her passion for catering. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service, Sharon grew her business into one of South Florida's fastest-growing off-premise catering companies.

Led by Sharon, our team is comprised of experienced event designers, chefs, and staff who are dedicated to making every event a memorable one. Alessandro Broia, our event planner and owner, brings his Italian background and culinary expertise to the table. Classically trained by the renowned chef Luciano Pavarotti, Alessandro has a wealth of knowledge in the culinary arts and has worked in some of the finest restaurants in Italy and Europe.
