Studio M Dance Company has been illuminating the lives of Plattsmouth dancers since 2010. Founded on the twin pillars of artistry and technique, we strive to foster a supportive and uplifting environment where young dancers can discover their passion, develop their skills, and unleash their creativity.

Our Passion for Dance

Every dance style teaches unique principles and methodologies, which is why Studio M Dance Company offers a diverse selection of classes. We provide instruction in:

• Creative Movement: For budding dancers aged 3-4, this program encourages exploration and imagination through movement games and expressive expression.

• Kinder Combo: For tiny dancers aged 4-5, this class combines basic ballet and jazz movements with fun props and storytelling elements.

• Beginning Youth Combo: Young dancers aged 6-7 learn foundational ballet and jazz steps while building their coordination and musicality.

• Youth, Junior & Senior Classes: These age groups delve deeper into diverse dance styles like contemporary, jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip-hop, and more.

• Adult Classes: Adults can discover their inner dancer with classes tailored to their unique desires and fitness levels.

Experiendced and Certified Instructors

At Studio M Dance Company, we are fortunate to have a team of experienced and certified instructors who are passionate about sharing their love for dance with students of all ages and skill levels. Our instructors are:

• Martha Grosshans: Owner and Director, certified through Dance Masters of America with decades of experience.

• Melinda Union: Experienced teacher and social media manager, certified to teach various dance styles.

Beyond the Studio

Beyond technical training, we believe in fostering well-rounded dancers. We encourage participation in competitions, where students can showcase their skills on larger stages. We are also committed to building confidence, encouraging teamwork, and nurturing a positive sense of self in all our dancers.
