At Hero MMA Academy, we pride ourselves on offering a unique approach to self-defense, confidence, and real MMA/cage/ring techniques. Our goal is to help individuals from all walks of life become their own hero in all areas of their life. We believe in developing habits through training and class that will benefit our students in the long run. What sets us apart is our ability to cater our students' styles to adapt to their strengths. Everyone learns differently and will excel in different areas, which we look to exploit and enhance.

Our Team

Our team of trainers is led by Dameron "The Bruiser" Kirby, the founder and owner of Hero MMA Academy. Dameron started training in martial arts as a young teenager and has acquired a black belt in multiple styles. He began his amateur MMA career in 2011 and turned pro just two years later in 2013, still competing to date. With his extensive knowledge of training and competing, Dameron uses his expertise to guide our students towards their goals.

We offer a variety of courses including Practical/real life self-defense, confidence, and real MMA/cage/ring techniques. Our courses include Muay Thai, Boxing Skills, and Grappling, among others. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, learn self-defense techniques, or become a skilled MMA fighter, we have a course tailored to meet your needs.
