What age groups are suitable for your escape rooms?
Our Ghost Patrol game is recommended for ages 12+. Younger players may participate with adult supervision. Difficulty levels can be adjusted for different group skill levels.
Can we book private events outside your facility?
Yes, we offer off-site team-building events and customized escape room experiences at your preferred location, including corporate campuses and private residences.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings require a $20 nonrefundable deposit. Full payment is due 7 days before your scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours incur 50% charge.
Do you accommodate accessibility needs?
Our facility meets ADA standards. We provide modified gameplay options for guests with mobility, sensory, or cognitive requirements. Contact us in advance to discuss specific needs.
