Lakeland Builders Associates

Chartered in 1979, Lakeland Builders Association (LBA) is a not-for-profit, professional trade organization that serves home builders and the building industry in and around the Lake Geneva area of Walworth County, Wisconsin. Our members are involved in various aspects of construction, development, remodeling, and related services. Our Mission and Goals

At Lakeland Builders Association, our mission is to be the voice of the building and construction industry, safeguard affordable housing by advocating interests for our industry, and continue to grow in size, strength, unity, and member involvement. We also aim to promote industry opportunities, careers, and training while being part of a positive change in our community. Our membership gives you access to exclusive resources to support your business and empowers homeowners with information to guide them through the home building process.

Events and Initiatives

Throughout the year, LBA hosts a variety of events and initiatives to benefit our members, the building industry, and the community. These events include a golf outing in the summer to raise funds for the Community Care Fund and a fall career development event for students, Build My Future SE WI. We also host an online Home Showcase event that provides an inside look at spectacular homes and engaging member events held every-other-month, providing a great opportunity for members to connect with peers.

Community Care Fund

At Lakeland Builders Association, we strive to give back to the community and be a part of positive change with our Community Care Fund. Through donations and construction projects, we have made a difference in the lives of individuals and community organizations. Historically, LBA has been part of projects at S.M.I.L.E.S. in Darien, the Geneva Lake Museum in Lake Geneva, the City of Elkhorn, and special causes for individuals. We continue to be part of multiple efforts for individuals and community organizations.

Bowling for Housing

In 2024, LBA is sponsoring "Bowling for Housing, " a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity. This event is just one of the many ways that we support affordable housing and give back to the community.
