Fairfax Yacht Club

At Fairfax Yacht Club, we are proud to offer a first-class, year-round, recreational yachting facility with 170 open and covered slips, accommodating boats up to 50 feet in length. Our marina is designed and operated with the active boating family in mind, providing a beautifully landscaped, park-like setting on a five-acre lot. We feature several picnic/grilling stations, a firepit area, pavilion, well-kept restrooms, and a no-cost boat pump-out station.

Our clubhouse is meticulously maintained and includes a full kitchen with granite countertops, skylights, and an adjacent indoor comfortable gathering area suitable for get-togethers. For peace of mind, we allow limited access to the private parking lot and clubhouse through a gated secured card entry system.

Being near the mouth of the Occoquan River allows easy access to the Potomac River and points beyond with only a short ride through the no-wake zone. If you'd prefer to stay local, you can head up-river to the quaint town of Occoquan. There are many boat-friendly restaurants along the Occoquan and, once in town, there are numerous shops and restaurants to enjoy!

Our condominium marina model allows you to invest in your own slip, providing you with the exclusive right to the use of the slip and an undivided interest in all condominium property.

We also offer slips for lease for those seeking to moor their vessels in a beautiful environment without actually purchasing a slip. Our leases are flexible and designed to meet your needs, whether you're looking for a short-term or long-term arrangement.

In addition to our slip services, we offer a range of amenities designed to enhance your boating experience. These include a beautifully landscaped clubhouse, picnic stations, a firepit area, pavilion, well-kept restrooms, and a no-cost boat pump-out station. Our marina is also equipped with a gated secured card entry system for added peace of mind.

Our Location

Much of the popularity of Fairfax Yacht Club can be attributed to its unique location on the scenic Occoquan River. Unlike many commercial marinas further up the Occoquan, FYC is located along the Fairfax County shore very near the Mason Neck Wildlife Refuge. No other location offers boaters a greater variety of popular cruising ports within easy reach. Georgetown, Washington D.C., Old Town Alexandria, The Town of Occoquan, the Chesapeake Bay, and many other popular destinations are just a short cruise away.
