Baker Street Office Furnishings, formerly known as Tri R Office Services, has been serving the Fort Wayne area for over three decades. Our journey began in 1987 with a vision to offer a more sustainable and cost-effective approach to office furniture. We recognized a gap in the market, where businesses often resorted to discarding perfectly good furniture in favor of new purchases. Our founder, Mike Millikan, believed that furniture should not be a disposable commodity. He envisioned a company that could breathe new life into existing pieces, saving clients money while minimizing waste.

This commitment to reusing and repurposing furniture quickly resonated with businesses seeking both responsible and affordable solutions. In 1997, MaryJane Millikan joined the team, bringing valuable insights and a dedication to exceptional customer service. The addition of a dedicated designer allowed us to provide even more comprehensive support to our clients, streamlining the process of creating functional and aesthetically pleasing office environments. Greg Lee joined the team in 1998 as an outside sales representative. His mission was to spread the word about our unique approach to furniture acquisition, emphasizing the cost savings and environmental benefits of choosing refurbished and recycled options.

In 2001, we made the strategic move to our current location on Baker Street, a spacious facility that allowed us to expand our showroom and warehousing capabilities. This new space provided the perfect environment to showcase the full range of our offerings, from new furniture pieces to meticulously refurbished classics, highlighting the exceptional quality and value we strive to deliver.

Our history continues to be written, with Greg and Kelli Lee taking ownership of Baker Street Office Furnishings in 2008. They brought new energy and a shared vision to the company, carrying forward the legacy of providing top-notch service and innovative solutions.
