Independence Rehab was founded in 2004 in Orem, Utah, by a team of experienced therapists who had a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Our founders have years of collective experience in managing healthcare and other businesses, including inpatient therapy, outpatient therapy, home health, and hospice.
